Updates two days in a row! Good sign.
I did quite a bit of internal work on the builder code and in the process made it so you are allowed to do some single line code. Before, every statement had to be on its own line. Here are some example codes of some of the things you can do now.
Mob
function a()
this.a = 1; this.b = 2
if (this.a) this.b = 3
if (this.b) { this.a = 2; this.b = 1; }
I spent a decent amount of time on polishing up the IDE a bit. I added a scrollbar to the frames list in the icon editor for when they overflow. In the process of adding said scrollbar, I added fancy scrollbars all over the site. I also fixed an issue where the right pane in the interface editor would sometimes block the screen of the interface editor. Since I was dealing with scrollbars, I went ahead and added scrollbars to the map editor. And finally, on the subject of scrolling, I added a little arrow system that lets you scroll through the tabs you have open if they would otherwise overflow off the screen.
This post isn't very long, but I did work on Vylocity all day, so, that's good news. Hopefully I can keep the ball rolling. Although I will be going back to work on one of my games soon, which I wont be making posts about. I will be working on something, though!
Stay tuned for more updates!
